1 中国梦
 All Chinese living in modern society  have their own dreams ，called Chinese  Dreams, with which we Chinese work hard every day to achieve our goals. 每个中国人都有着自己的中国梦，带着这样的梦想，他们每天努力工作力图实现他们的梦想。What government do is that they are trying their best to provide better conditions for citizens, good living conditions, advanced health care, education across the whole country, though they are not easy to achieve. 

虽然实现中国梦不是一朝一夕的事情，但是中国政府努力致力于为全国各地的人民提供更好的条件，包括生活条件，更新的医疗，更先进的教育，Only by great efforts of both the government and Chinese can make Chinese dreams come true. 只有通过政府和人民的共同努力，才能使广大范围的华人实现中国梦这个伟大构想。

First, the government should take effective measures to ensure efficient policies to be carried out step by step under observations.

首先，政府应该采取有效措施去确保在有效的监管下计划的实施

 Second, the increasing demand of people should be met by their hard-working and good farewell supported by the government.

其次人民的日益增长的物质文化需求得到满足，这离不开政府的支持和人民群众自己的努力工作
