2、effect

④ (~s) possession: 财物,财产。
Verb. bring about:生效,实施,招致。
Correlative Phrases:
take effect: become active/begin to perate, 引起,使生效,实施。eg. The new regulation will take effect at once.
Remark: Usage 用法
As a verb., effect should not be confused with affect: effect作动词时不能与affect混淆。
eg. He effected an entrance means 'He got in (somehow)', but This won't affect me means 'My life won't be changed by this': He effected an entrance意为“他(想了办法)还是进去了”;而This won't affect me则意为“我的生活不会因此而改变。”

3、moment

4、available
